RECRUITMENT TESTS
INTERNAL EVALUATION
Our policy regarding recruitment tests:
- We NEVER use any of our recruitment tests to assess an applicant or make a selection decision. In other words, we never reject an applicant or suggest rejecting an applicant based solely on the results of a test.
- Recruitment tests should be part of a comprehensive selection process and should be used to get to know and understand an applicant better. Always use the test results to challenge an applicant. This is the best way to approach it. And if you decide to bring them on board, the test results are a very valuable coaching tool.
Legal context:
- In accordance with applicable labor laws, no applicant may be compelled to complete a productivity or personality test for selection purposes. Furthermore, anyone who completes a test for selection purposes has the right to access the information provided.
- In full compliance with applicable legislation, our tests are NOT designed, intended, or used to discriminate on the basis of race, skin color, religion, gender, or origin. Tests can be an effective management tool, but should not be used without understanding their effectiveness and limitations for the organization and their suitability for a specific position.
