What is the SellingStar test?
The SellingStar test is designed to evaluate your salespeople and is a great tool to help them improve their sales skills and performance. Selling Star helps you determine what you can or should do to make a salesperson more successful throughout the sales cycle.
It has been proven that good salespeople possess specific soft skills that other salespeople do not have. The key question, however, is: can anyone develop such soft skills?
Our experience reveals a few key points:
There are only three soft skills that are recognized as innate to good salespeople. Without these skills, it is almost impossible to be a successful salesperson. Learning these three essential soft skills is very difficult, if not impossible.
There are 5 other soft skills that are important for success in sales. These can be learned, provided that the salesperson possesses the first 3 essential skills.
With SellingStar, you can detect whether (1) a salesperson has the essential soft skills to learn how to be a great salesperson and (2) how much they need to grow in the other important soft skills.
