Yes. We work with many clients in the consulting and coaching fields, as well as recruitment agencies, on a worldwide basis.
We understand that you may not want to rely solely on our claims regarding the reliability of our assessments. That is why we encourage you to take the test yourself, or have it completed by a colleague whom you know well. You can then compare the test results with what you know to be true, which provides a very concrete and reliable validation.
Our assessments are highly precise, with an accuracy rate of over 90%. More than 80,000 Recru-Tec tests have been delivered worldwide over the past 30 years.
How do we evaluate this precision? Through continuous client feedback. One of the most effective ways to assess accuracy is to have the test completed by individuals you know very well. This is how the vast majority of our clients have developed long-term trust in our assessments.
Reliability refers to the consistency and dependability of a test in measuring a specific characteristic. If a person takes the test multiple times, will they obtain similar results? Our clients regularly monitor the Recru-Tec Reliability Coefficient Value, which averages approximately 0.92.
Validity reflects how accurately a test measures what it claims to measure—in our case, characteristics related to job performance. A high validity score indicates that the test’s predictions regarding job performance can be trusted. Ongoing monitoring consistently shows a validity rate above 90%.
The Recru-Tec test was originally created in 1995 by Patrick Valtin, following eight years of experience in personnel and applicant assessment. After four different versions and more than 80,000 evaluations conducted over the following 30 years, the Tests4Success platform was recently fully redesigned.
This redesign was carried out with the support of Jean-Marie Surinx (programming) and Steve Valtin (design) to comply with modern international web technologies. Additional assessments were also developed to meet client requests and the evolving needs of internet-based pre-selection methodologies.
